Primary Teacher – Brent

We are seeking a passionate and committed Primary Teacher to join a welcoming 2-form entry primary school in Brent. This is an exciting opportunity to take on full classroom responsibility while delivering high-quality teaching in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring every child is supported to reach their full potential.
Working closely with parallel teachers, support staff, and the SENCO, you will contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic progress, creativity, and emotional wellbeing. You will play a key role in assessing pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies, and delivering targeted support where needed. This role is ideal for a teacher who is enthusiastic, reflective, and dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the classroom.
The Role:
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
* Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively
* Support and differentiate for pupils with SEN and additional needs
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and year group colleagues
* Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and staff
* Contribute to the wider school community and ethos
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in a primary school setting
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
* Ability to differentiate and support a range of learning needs, including SEN
* Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
* A positive, proactive, and reflective approach to teaching
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
