Tradewind Recruitment is working with a well-organised 2-form entry primary school in Southall to appoint a skilled Interventions Teacher. This role will focus primarily on delivering targeted interventions in Year 6, supporting pupils of mixed abilities and greater depth learners, as well as some SEN interventions across the school. The position starts January 2026 and will continue long-term for the remainder of the academic year.

The Role
Delivering targeted interventions in Year 6, including literacy, numeracy, and support for greater depth pupils
Supporting SEN interventions across different year groups as needed
Adapting and implementing intervention planning alongside SLT guidance
Working with SLT to monitor pupil progress, track outcomes, and adjust interventions accordingly
Flexibility to support any primary year group when required
Full-time role for the remainder of the academic year
Requirements
Qualified teacher with strong curriculum knowledge across Key Stages 1 and 2
Experience delivering interventions, SEN support or targeted small-group teaching
Ability to plan, adapt, and differentiate learning effectively for a range of abilities
Strong communication and team-working skills
Commitment to the role for the remainder of the academic year
