Role Overview

Short-term contract supporting pre-construction planning of external cladding works. Ideal for candidates with site cladding experience and strong Microsoft Project skills, able to provide practical input to programmes and sequencing.

Key Requirements

* Site experience with external cladding (rainscreen, curtain wall, SFS, insulated render, façade/envelope)

* Proficient in Microsoft Project

* Experience supporting pre-construction, planning, or tender programmes

* Strong understanding of construction sequencing and buildability

* Available immediately or on short notice

Desirable

* Short-term / interim contract experience

* Knowledge of Scottish construction practices

* Familiarity with NEC / JCT contracts

* Exposure to high-rise, residential, or commercial façade projects
