A well-established and financially stable Building Services contractor is seeking a Pre-Construction Administrator to join its London office, supporting a high-performing M&E Estimating team.
This position will suit an organised and detail-oriented individual with strong Microsoft Office capability, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel. Previous experience within Building Services Engineering or an M&E environment would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Lead Pre-Construction Administrator and Estimating team

Producing professional tender reports and mid-bid presentation documents

Assisting with client-facing and Board-level presentations
*
Formatting and managing pre-construction documentation to a high corporate standard
*
Coordinating documentation to meet submission deadlines
