Based Southend. Experience in a similar role is essential. You will need to reside local to Southend due to location on an industrial estate.
You will be esponsible for cleaning kitchen equipment, pots, pans, and crockery to maintain high hygiene standards. To ensure the Cook has clean equipment, manage waste, and maintain a tidy, safe workspace. It is a vital, fast-paced back-of-house role that supports overall running of the kitchen.
