As a Sales Specialist in Direct Sales, you are responsible for actively winning service contracts via phone for all units that are currently not under a KONE service agreement. This includes both third‑party equipment and KONE units that are serviced by competitors.
Your mission is to convert these units into KONE service by driving outbound sales activities, engaging with prospects, and successfully closing contracts. You will contribute directly to growth by acquiring new customers, increasing market share, and expanding within existing portfolios.
