Hours: Flexible - 1 to 5 days per week
Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for Personal Care Teaching Assistants to support a SEN school in Northampton. The school has a range of flexible shift patterns available, from one day per week through to full-time, Monday-Friday positions.
The role will involve supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including providing personal care and day-to-day support where required. You will work closely with teaching staff to help pupils access learning and participate in school life.
The successful Teaching Assistant will:
Have previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN and/or additional needs
Have experience providing personal care support
Be confident supporting pupils with a range of needs and abilities
Be patient, compassionate and comfortable working as part of a wider school team
Have a positive and proactive approach to supporting pupilsWhat's on offer:
