This is a senior, hands-on role owning end-to-end paid customer acquisition, including strategy, budgets, and in-housing performance across Meta and Google. The role also leads acquisition-focused creative strategy to build a scalable, high-performing growth engine.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

Own and execute paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, and other channels.
Manage campaign setup, optimisation, testing, scaling, and budgets across UK and US.
Define key metrics, focus on new customer acquisition, and bring paid media fully in-house.
Lead end-to-end content strategy across the full funnel.
Develop frameworks, testing plans, messaging, and formats.
Manage freelancers, influencers, and support the junior Marketing Assistant.
Ensure all creative is performance-driven and optimised based on results.
Improve acquisition reporting and build insight-driven dashboards.
Analyse funnels, attribution, and channel performance.
Use data to guide creative, budget allocation, and testing strategy.
Influence website optimisation, product launches, and promotions.
Ensure acquisition strategy aligns with broader business goals.Profile

About You:

Proven hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads for a DTC brand.
Strong background in performance marketing for high-AOV, premium products with longer consideration cycles.
Demonstrated ability to own both strategy and execution - this is not a purely strategic role.
Deep understanding of creative performance: what works, why it works, and how to scale it.
Experience managing freelancers and influencing creative output without large in-house teams.
Strong commercial mindset with confidence owning budgets, targets, and performance outcomes.
Experience scaling acquisition across multiple markets (UK and US).
Exposure to additional paid channels beyond Meta and Google.
Strong understanding of CRO principles and landing page optimisation. (desirable)
Experience bringing paid media in-house from agencies (desirable)

Job Offer

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000, depending on experience
Pension: Employer contribution
Hybrid working: 1-2 days per week in the office, 3-4 days remote
Holiday: 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
