The Role
This position involves ensuring that patients receive timely communication and stock requirements are accurately processed. You will liaise with healthcare providers and patients, coordinate deliveries, and handle queries via phone and email. Your daily activities will include monitoring stock levels, arranging urgent deliveries, and maintaining compliance with relevant standards.
You will have the following qualifications & experience:
Proven experience in customer service, ideally within healthcare or a related sector
Extensive administration skills with high attention to detail
Strong communication skills, capable of handling sensitive situations with empathy
Ability to work effectively under pressure within a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of stock control, delivery logistics, and compliance procedures
GCSEs in Maths and English (grades C or above), or equivalent qualification such as a Customer Service NVQ
