Part Time Parts Delivery Driver

Hartshorne Group is one of the leading commercial vehicle distributors for the West Midlands, East Midlands, Shropshire, and Staffordshire. We provide full parts & service facilities for Volvo Truck & Bus as well as new and used sales, plus a diverse range of associated services.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a part time, Parts Delivery Driver to be based at our Birmingham depot.
The Role
You will be responsible for the collection and delivery parts within the Midlands area in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for the management of your customer base, maximising sales opportunities, and building excellent relations with customers.
Shift Pattern
Monday and Tuesday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Saturdays: 8:00am – 12:00pm (working 1 in every 3 Saturdays)
About You
We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent service. You’ll be representing Hartshorne out on the road and with every customer interaction — so reliability, professionalism, and a friendly manner are key.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A full, clean and valid driving licence.
A positive, enthusiastic ‘can‑do’ attitude with a proactive approach to your work.
Strong team‑player qualities, contributing to a supportive and effective depot team.
Confidence when speaking with customers, with the ability to build rapport and consistently exceed expectations.
Good local knowledge of the Midlands area, ensuring efficient route planning and timely deliveries.
Commercial or delivery experience is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
