About the Role

We’re looking for a Training Administrator to support the delivery of training programmes across our contact centre.

This is a varied, part-time role combining administration, coordination and some involvement in training delivery. You’ll help ensure all training activity runs smoothly, supporting both new starters and existing employees.

This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible working hours, with an interest in training, learning & development, or operations support.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate training sessions, bookings and schedules

*

Support e-learning platforms and training systems

*

Manage training enquiries and communications

*

Maintain accurate training records and reports

*

Assist with creating training materials (slides, guides, etc.)

*

Support onboarding and induction processes

*

Collate feedback and support reporting on training activity

*

Provide admin support during training sessions

Requirements

*

Previous admin, coordination or office-based experience

*

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

*

Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills

*

Strong attention to detail

*

Good communication skills

*

Experience in a contact centre or training environment is a bonus
