Are you looking for a rewarding part-time role in education? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and welcoming school. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact while working flexibly around other commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to support learning
Assist with the preparation of classroom materials and activities
Help maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
Provide additional support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN) where required
Support pupils' social and emotional developmentThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with children or in an educational setting (desirable)
A patient, caring, and supportive nature
Strong communication and teamwork skills
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
A proactive and flexible approach
A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) is advantageous but not essentialWhy Work Through Tradewind?
