TITLE: Part Time Purchase Ledger Administrator
LOCATION: Exeter
SALARY: £27,000-£28,000 per annum FTE DOE
BENEFITS: Excellent benefit package including 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
HOURS: 22-25 hours per week however company are flexible but ideally 3 full days or 4 days school

DUTIES INCLUDE:
Posting Purchase invoices in both Xero and Dear
Processing cheques weekly
Supplier and customer account reconciliation
Bank reconciliation of payments in Xero
Helping out at month end with sending out sales invoices both email and post
Adhoc tasks to support the Finance manager

Proficiency with financial systems and software like Xero and
