The Part-time Finance Assistant's responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
Maintain and update financial data in the accounting system.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department as needed.Profile
A successful Part-time Finance Assistant should have:
