We are looking for a Part-Time Sales & Finance Administrator to join a friendly and down-to-earth team in a well-established wholesaler based in Manchester. This Sales & Finance Administrator role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong attention to detail, and is confident managing both finance and sales administration duties in a busy office environment.
What will you be doing as a Sales & Finance Administrator?
Processing and matching purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices accurately
Working with Sage and Excel to support the finance function
Scanning and filing PODs
Updating pricing structures and adding new products onto the internal system and website
Supporting social media activity and advertisements for new products
Carrying out general office and administrative duties as required
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Finance Administrator or similar administrative role
Experience using Sage and Excel confidently
Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and managing priorities
A willingness to learn and get involved in different areas of the business
Confident using systems, websites, and social media platforms
A positive, down-to-earth attitude and strong team ethic

Salary starting from £13.50 per hour / £14,040 per annum, with flexibility for the right person
Part-time hours 20 hours per week across 3 full days
20 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata)
