Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting exclusively for our Birmingham City Centre based client, that are a community state of the art and modern building, who are seeking a trustworthy Caretaker who will ensure that their community building is safe clean and secure. The role is permanent and 20 hours per week over five days between Monday to Friday. Overtime is also available.
Duties and tasks will include:
* Keeping the building clean, safe and tidy.
* Key holder and responsible for site security.
* Routine repair and maintenance.
* Liaison with contractors.
* Supporting health and safety in liaison with the H&S Officer
