Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to help drive growth across a large portfolio of direct corporate clients.

This is a part‑time position 20-25 hours a week, ideal for someone who thrives in outbound business development, enjoys speaking with decision-makers, and is confident working autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and engage decision-makers within large corporate organisations
Partner closely with the Sales Team to support growth within direct accounts
Conduct outbound calls and targeted email campaigns to open conversations
Book high-quality, qualified appointments for the Sales team
Build strong relationships with potential clients and understand their business needs
Spot opportunities such as relocation's, renewals, or organisational change
Grow opportunities inside existing accounts while opening new ones
Attend customer events where relevant to build pipeline and deepen relationships
Requirements:

High‑energy, personable, and confident in engaging conversations
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
Able to operate autonomously and manage your workload effectively
Commercially aware with the confidence to speak to senior stakeholders
Strong in both written and verbal communication
Positive, resilient, and bring a sense of humour to your work
Desirable: Experience in corporate environments, B2B sales, business development, recruitment, or other high‑performance commercial roles
