Our client are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Barista to join a growing independent coffee house in Cheltenham. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a business that values quality, hospitality, and creating a warm environment where customers feel genuinely welcome.
About the Role:
As a Barista, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. From crafting high-quality coffees to creating meaningful interactions with our customers, you'll help make our coffee house a place people love to visit.
Responsibilities:
* Preparing and serving a range of hot and cold drinks to a high standard
* Providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
* Operating the till and handling transactions
* Maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout the café
* Assisting with food preparation and serving where required
* Working as part of a supportive team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What We're Looking For
* Previous barista or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
* A passion for coffee and customer service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
* Availability to work flexible shifts, including some weekends
