Location: Witham, Essex (Office-based)
Hours: Tuesday - Friday (24 - 32 hours per week)
Pay: £13.00-£13.25 per hour
Contract: Ongoing temporary contract
Start date: Monday 13th April 2026

Benefits: 22 days holiday (pro rata) + bank holidays, pension after 3 months

We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Part Time Accounts Administrator to join our team. This is an ongoing temporary contract which combines accounts support, administration, and front-of-house duties.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Part Time Accounts Administrator, you will be required to assist with weekly payroll processes (Tuesdays & Wednesdays)
Support payroll administration tasks
Provide reception cover on Fridays
Assist with marketing administration where required
General office and administrative supportSkills & Experience required for this Accounts Administrator position:

Good Microsoft Excel knowledge
Payroll experience desirable but not essential
Highly organised with strong time management skills
Confident multitasker in a busy office environment
Professional and friendly phone manner
CRM or accounting software experience beneficial but not essentialIndustry:
Admin and secretarial
