We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Part-Time Accountancy Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked within an accountancy practice and is confident supporting administrative and client-facing functions in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with a Senior Administrator, providing essential day-to-day support across a wide range of administrative and finance-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Administrator
* Manage and maintain accurate client records and documentation
* Handle client communications professionally via phone and email
* Process and manage card payments
* Assist with HMRC and tax-related administrative tasks
* Support general office administration, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
* Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and in line with internal procedures and deadlines
Requirements
* Essential: Previous experience working within an accountancy practice
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
