Paediatric Complex Support Worker Health Care Assistant

Main Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 & 2:1 care to children in their own home.
Build rapport with family members and other staff members
Making sure care plans are followed and client dignity & respect is practicedRequirements for the role:

Minimum of 12 months' experience working closely with people with children with clinical complex needs
Ventilator Experience - CPAP/BiPAP
Gastrostomy / Mickey Button Experience
Seizure Management - Experience with complex seizures & Administering rescue medicine
Tracheostomy - Experience working with children that have a Tracheostomy on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis
You will also be required to take the child to school via prearranged transportShift Patterns

08:00 - 20:00 Monday - Saturday

We need staff who are able to commit to a Minimum of 2/3 Shifts p/week on an ongoing basis

Rates of Pay:

£16 Flat Rate Monday - Sunday
