Loch Lomond Leisure is looking for experienced, qualifiedPaddlesports Guides to deliver high-quality guided tours and sessions on Loch Lomond across a variety of craft including:
- Kayaks (single & double)
- Canoes
- Stand-Up Paddleboards (SUP)
- Giant SUP & multi-person craft

Operating from Loch Lomond Shores in Balloch and Luss Beach, Loch Lomond Leisure delivers safe, high-quality water and land-based activities in Scotland’s most iconic National Park location.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading guided paddlesports tours on Loch Lomond
- Running mixed-craft open sessions
- Delivering safety briefings and instruction to mixed-ability groups
- Managing groups on the water confidently and professionally
- Adapting sessions to weather and conditions
- Representing Loch Lomond Leisure in a friendly and professional manner
- Working closely with supervisors and safety boat teams
Essential Requirements
- Relevant paddlesports qualifications (e.g. Paddle UK Coach/Leader awards or equivalent)
- Experience leading groups on open water
- Strong water safety knowledge
- Confident decision-making in variable conditions
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional, reliable and well-presented
Desirable
- Experience delivering to youth or team-building groups
- Knowledge of Loch Lomond and local routes
