Outbound Researcher

We’re looking for a part-time Outbound Researcher to join our team on a temporary basis. This role offers flexibility around start and finish times (Monday to Friday) - ideal if you’re looking for work to fit around other commitments.

What you’ll be doing

* Making outbound calls to businesses

* Verifying and updating contact details in the database

* Gathering accurate information to support business development

* Maintaining clear and professional communication at all times

What we’re looking for

* Previous outbound calling experience (essential)

* Confident, professional telephone manner

* Attention to detail and strong data-entry skills

* Reliable and organised, able to manage your own workload

What’s on offer

* £13.50 per hour

* Part-time hours with flexible start and finish times (Mon–Fri)
