Operations Assistant Apprentice

To work on all matters relating to the Warehouse, Production, Supply Chain and Quality Assurance areas including; receiving deliveries of goods, inspection of goods, storage of goods, production of finished goods, packing and dispatching goods, management of supply chain.

Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm / Friday 8.30am - 3.00pm with 30 minutes lunch break

38 hours a week

What you’ll do at work

* Warehouse Operations

* Receive, inspect, and book-in incoming deliveries.

* Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders

* Inventory & Stock Control

* Maintain accurate stock records within the ERP system.

* Supply Chain

* Liaise with suppliers regarding deliveries, lead times, and order updates.

* Work closely with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow.

* Update system relating to goods received, shipments, and material availability.

* Logistics

* Prepare shipment documentation.

* Coordinate with courier companies and freight providers.
