We are looking for someone with experience in an administrative office-based role who can work to their own initiative and support the business in it's operational needs.
Key Duties:
Electronic filing
Maintaining physical documentation
Telephone duties
Processing business enquiries
Data entry
Various other administrative/secretarial dutiesKey Requirements:
Computer literacy and competency with Microsoft Office
Excellent organisational skills and detail oriented
Friendly telephone manner
Ability to take own initiative and investigate where needed
