SR Carpentry Solutions Ltd is looking for an organised, reliable and proactive Office Administrator to join our growing team.
This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day running of our busy carpentry business, working across multiple new build housing sites.
The role will include:
✅ Answering telephone calls and emails
✅ Organising diaries and appointments
✅ Filing and maintaining company records
✅ Processing invoices and general paperwork
✅ Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
✅ Ordering materials and office supplies
✅ Assisting with health & safety documentation
✅ General office administration and keeping everything organised
We're looking for someone who:
• Has excellent organisational skills
• Is confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Has a professional and friendly telephone manner
• Can work independently and manage their own workload
• Has previous administration experience (preferred but not essential)
• Has a keen eye for detail
📍 Location: Lower Stondon, Bedfordshire
🕒 Part-time position – hours are negotiable and can be discussed to suit the right candidate.
