šš¼š°š®šš¶š¼š»: š”š¼šæššµ šš¼š»š±š¼š» Hybrid - remote assessments and home visits
š¢š³š³š¶š°š² š®ššš²š»š±š®š»š°š²: 2 days per week (full time) / minimum 1 day per week (part time)
š£š®š šæš®šš²: Up to £40 per hour (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full time or part time (minimum 3 days per week)

An opportunity for an experienced Children's Occupational Therapist to work within Social Care, supporting children with disabilities through remote and home-based assessments. Experienced Occupational Therapy Assistants with substantial experience will also be considered.
šš²š š„š²šš½š¼š»šš¶šÆš¶š¹š¶šš¶š²š
* Screen and triage Children's OT referrals
* Complete remote (telephone/video) and home-based assessments
* Assess and provide interventions for bathing, seating, manual handling, home safety, and equipment
* Complete rehousing and housing-related reports
* Manage a balanced caseload of remote assessments and home visits
* Work collaboratively with families and multi-disciplinary teams
* Maintain accurate records and professional reports

* HCPC registered Occupational Therapist (or experienced OTA)
* Experience in Children's Social Care, NHS, or school-based OT services
* Experience assessing children with disabilities in home or community settings
* Strong assessment, communication, and report-writing skills
