Nursery Nurse – UB3 Area

Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Part-Time, 3 Days per Week
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Nurse to join a supportive mainstream school in the UB3 area. This is an excellent opportunity to work with young children in a nurturing environment while making a real difference in their early development.
The Role
As a Nursery Nurse, you will:
* Support children 1:1 and in small groups, including those with SEN
* Deliver engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences in line with EYFS framework
* Assist with daily routines and activities to promote learning, independence, and social skills
* Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour
* Work closely with teachers and the wider staff team to maintain a safe and inclusive environment
About You
* CACHE Level 3 in Childcare (essential)
* Strong knowledge of EYFS and early years development
* Experience supporting children in a nursery or primary school settings
* Experience supporting children with SEN is highly desirable
* Patient, compassionate, and resilient with strong communication and teamwork skills
* Comfortable assisting with personal care where required
* Enhanced DBS on the update service
