Responsibilities of a Nursery chef
Prepare fresh, healthy, and age-appropriate meals and snacks
Cater for special dietary requirements, allergies, and cultural needs
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in line with HACCP and food safety regulations
Manage food stock, ordering, and storage efficiently
Keep accurate records relating to allergens, temperatures, and cleaning schedules
Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are clean, safe, and well organised
About you
Experience working in an early years or childcare environment
Passion for healthy cooking and child nutrition
Friendly, reliable, and organised approach
Level 3 Food Safety or equivalent
