We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated New Homes Sales Advisor to join an exciting luxury residential development in St Ippolyts. This exclusive site will feature high-specification homes valued at £1M+, offering a premium customer experience from first enquiry through to completion.

The Role
As the face of the development, you will be responsible for guiding purchasers through the entire sales journey while delivering a first-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing all sales enquiries and converting leads into reservations
* Conducting viewings and presenting luxury homes to prospective buyers
* Building strong relationships with clients, agents, and solicitors
* Maintaining the presentation standards of the sales office and show homes
* Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
* Keeping accurate records using CRM systems
* Delivering against sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
* Previous experience in new homes sales or luxury property sales
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible to work weekends on a rota basis
* Full UK driving licence preferred
