Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor looking for your next opportunity with a leading house builder?
We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity on a new development in Colchester, where you will play a key role in guiding prospective buyers through the full home-buying journey, from initial enquiry through to completion and handover.
Key Responsibilities
Manage prospective buyers from initial enquiry through to reservation, exchange and completion.
Conduct engaging in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the development, properties and surrounding lifestyle.
Provide expert advice on available homes, pricing, incentives, specifications and current offers.
Build strong relationships with customers and provide an exceptional level of service throughout the purchasing journey.
Proactively follow up enquiries and generate sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
Work closely with the wider sales and construction teams to ensure a smooth customer journey through to handover.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Ensure the sales office and show homes are presented to the highest possible standard.
About You
Proven experience successfully heading up or independently managing a single-manned development.
Strong knowledge of the new homes sales process, from enquiry through to completion.
A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
The ability to confidently manage customers and sales activity independently.
A professional, proactive and target-driven approach.
Flexibility and availability to work weekends, as this is a 7-day site.
