We are recruiting on behalf of a nationally recognised, leading housebuilder with an outstanding reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a confident and motivated New Homes Sales Advisor to join their East Midlands development.
The Role
As the face of the development, you will:

Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
*
Conduct viewings and showcase show homes to prospective buyers
*
Build strong relationships with customers, estate agents, and solicitors
*
Proactively generate leads and follow up on enquiries
*
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
*
Maintain the sales office and marketing suite to a high standard
*
Deliver a five-star customer experience at every stage
Working days are Thursday to Monday (10am – 5pm), including weekends, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off.
