Salary: £25,000 Basic | OTE £52,000+ (Uncapped) + Company Car

Richard Abson Group is proud to be working with a well-established dealership in Bolton to recruit an experienced and driven New Car Sales Executive.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and customer-focused team, specialising in new car sales within a modern dealership environment.

The Role

As a New Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

* Selling new vehicles

* Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover

* Building long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals

* Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

* Maximising profitability on each vehicle sale

* Presenting finance and additional products in a compliant and professional manner

You'll be joining a professional and supportive sales team focused on performance, customer satisfaction, and continued success.

* Basic salary of £25,000

* Uncapped OTE of £52,000+

* Earnings based on both volume and profit per vehicle

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

* Every other Saturday off

* Every Sunday off

* Plus a day off during the week, every week

About You

* Proven experience in car sales (main dealership experience preferred)

* Strong track record of achieving targets

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Highly motivated, professional, and driven to succeed

* Full UK driving licence
