What You’ll Be Doing
*
Convert new business opportunities into sales across all product lines, supporting the delivery of company growth targets.
*
Act as the first point of contact for all new enquiries and prospects, understanding their insurance needs as they evolve.
*
Manage opportunities from first contact through to conclusion, ensuring exceptional service at every stage.
*
Promote and upsell the wider range of products and services across the business, collaborating with other business areas.
*
Maintain compliance with FCA, PRA and regulatory standards, always acting with integrity and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
*
Proven sales experience, ideally within insurance.
*
Experience working in a targeted, results-driven environment.
*
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
*
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work independently.
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
*
Cert CII qualified, working towards, or willing to study towards.
