About the Role:
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of procurement services for the care and education sector. They are looking for a proactive and driven New Business Development Manager to generate new business and build lasting relationships with care homes, nurseries, and educational institutions.
You will be responsible for:

Selling procurement services and solutions to new clients across the care and education sectors
*
Managing your own pipeline from lead generation through to contract close
*
Building and nurturing strong, long-term client relationships
*
Identifying opportunities to provide value-added solutions to clients
*
Achieving and exceeding sales targets
About You:
*
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within services, procurement, or the care/education sectors
*
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
*
Self-motivated and target-driven with a consultative sales approach
*
Ability to work independently while managing a structured sales pipeline
What’s on Offer:

£35,000 – £45,000 basic salary
