We are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Trade / Multi-Disciplined Engineer to carry out a mix of reactive maintenance and higher-value quoted works across residential properties.
This role is ideal for someone who wants consistent work alongside the opportunity to take on larger, higher-margin jobs.

Scope of Works
You will be carrying out a combination of:
Reactive Maintenance:
• General repairs and property maintenance
• Basic plumbing (leaks, taps, WC repairs)
• Basic electrics (like-for-like works)
• Carpentry (doors, locks, skirting)
• Making good / patch plastering
• Painting & decorating
Quoted Works (Key Focus):
• Larger repair jobs and remedial works
• Room refurbishments / upgrades
• Joinery installations
• Wall alterations / making good
• Planned maintenance and improvement works

• Self-employed position
• OTE £40,000 – £100,000+ depending on workload and jobs taken
• Opportunity to take on higher-value quoted works

Requirements
• Proven experience as a multi-trade engineer
• Confident across multiple trades with ability to complete jobs end-to-end
• Experience pricing or delivering quoted works (preferred)
• Own van and tools (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Reliable and able to manage workload independently
