Job Title: Mould Cleaner / Maintenance Operative

Job Type: Temporary (2 month contact but may extend)
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Working Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm, 39 hours per week
Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable Mould Cleaner / Maintenance Operative to support a busy production environment. This role focuses on mould preparation, general factory upkeep, and assisting the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning and preparing moulds for production use
Carrying out general factory maintenance and housekeeping duties
Assisting with production tasks as required
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Supporting the team to ensure production runs efficiently
Following all health and safety proceduresSkills & Experience Required
Previous factory or production experience desirable but not essential
No laminating experience required
Good work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to carry out physical tasks
Reliable and punctual
Able to work independently and as part of a teamApply
