Key Responsibilities

Welcoming customers into the showroom and providing a professional and friendly experience.

Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable motorcycles and accessories.

Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
*
Arranging and conducting motorcycle test rides in line with dealership procedures.
*
Promoting finance, insurance, and additional products.
*
Building long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
*
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of motorcycle models, specifications, and promotions.
*
Ensuring the showroom and display motorcycles are presented to a high standard.
*
Achieving individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
*
Previous experience in motorcycle, automotive, or retail sales would be advantageous.
*
A genuine passion for motorcycles and the motor industry.
*
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*
Target-driven with a motivated and proactive attitude.
*
Ability to work well in a fast-paced dealership environment.
*
Full UK driving licence and motorcycle licence preferred.
