An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Motorcycle Sales Executive to join a successful motorcycle retailer in Cheltenham.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for motorcycles, strong sales ability, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will play a key role in helping customers find the right motorcycle while building long-term relationships and achieving sales targets.

Whether you already have motorcycle sales experience or come from a strong automotive or retail sales background with a genuine passion for bikes, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing the full motorcycle sales process from enquiry to handover

* Building strong relationships with new and existing customers

* Demonstrating motorcycles and arranging test rides

* Advising customers on finance, accessories, clothing, and additional products

* Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

* Maintaining excellent product knowledge across the motorcycle range

* Following up leads and maximising sales opportunities

* Ensuring all sales administration and compliance is completed accurately

* Delivering outstanding levels of customer service throughout the customer journey

Requirements

* Previous sales experience within motorcycles, automotive, or retail sales preferred

* Passion for motorcycles and the motorcycle industry

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Target-driven with a positive and motivated attitude

* Ability to work well within a team environment

* Full UK driving licence required

* Motorcycle licence advantageous but not essential
