We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Motor Vehicle Teacher to join a college in Leeds, delivering high-quality teaching across Levels 1-3 on the curriculum side of the department.

The role includes teaching both practical workshop sessions and theory lessons, supporting learners to develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed for a successful career in the motor vehicle industry.

The Role

Deliver engaging teaching across Motor Vehicle programmes (Levels 1-3)

Teach a mix of workshop-based practical and classroom-based theory

Plan, assess, and monitor learner progress in line with college and awarding body requirements

Support and inspire learners from a range of backgrounds

Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement

About You

Essential:

✅ Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle

Desirable:

Teaching experience in Further Education or training

Level 3 and Level 5 teaching qualifications (or equivalent)

Have experience working with apprentices

Are passionate about sharing industry knowledge

Are willing to work towards a teaching qualification (full support provided)
