Looking for a hands-on, mobile Estates Operative to maintain and manage multiple sites in Harringay.

Key Points:

Travel between estate locations using a company or personal vehicle.

Perform general maintenance: minor repairs, painting, landscaping, cleaning.

Ensure sites comply with health & safety regulations.

Report and document maintenance work.

Act as first point of contact for tenants or staff on-site.

Requirements:

Full UK driving license (essential).
