We are currently working with a well respected Main Contractor who are looking for an experienced MEP Digial Lead Engineer.

You will be expected to plan, coordinate and manage all activities related to Digital Engineering co-ordination and pre-fabrication process on a project or projects and to ensure that scope, price, and programme for these activities is achieved.

* Be the main project-level Digital Engineering representative to both external and internal customers,managing and coordinating all project level Digital Engineering activities.

* Manage the Scope, Cost and Programme of the Digital Engineering, Co-ordination, and Prefabrication works against the original Digital Engineering proposal.

* To work closely with the Project Team and Regional Technical teams to provide advice on co-ordination and design for manufacture during all projects stages.

* Develop the co-ordination / drawing programme and schedules to incorporate resource levels and key issue dates into an integrated programme alongside the project manager.

* Production of Project Digital Performance Reports and monitors Digital Team performance for the business unit area for which they are responsible

* Check all Digital output for compliance with the BIM scope agreed, to ensure a quality, cost effective, efficient, clash free installation of services on site.

* Manage co-ordination changes to Scope Price and Programme by using the agreed process to record changes requests to enable the Project Surveyor to manage the variation account.

Knowledge

* Very good understanding of Building Information Modelling and Digital Engineering.

* Very good understanding of various Information Management Standards e.g. ISO 19650

* Very good understanding of Digital Engineering Technology

* Very good understanding of construction management and engineering processes

* Very good understanding of forms of procurement, contractual arrangements, and frameworks

Pay - Circa £60,000 - £70,000 + Full Benefits
