Our client, a growing media company based in Maidstone, is looking for an experienced Media Sales Executive to join their team and drive revenue across established industry titles and an annual awards event.
You will be representing two leading trade publications within the building and HVAC services sector, alongside working on a high-profile industry awards event. This is a varied role combining new business development and account management, with plenty of opportunity to identify and convert commercial opportunities.
You’ll be the key contact for your clients, building strong relationships, developing advertising and sponsorship solutions, and ensuring campaigns deliver results.
What you will be doing:
* Generating new business through calls, emails, and networking
* Managing and growing existing accounts across print, digital, and events
* Selling advertising and sponsorship across two established trade titles
* Working on an annual industry awards event, driving sponsorship and revenue
* Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
* Keeping up to date with market activity and identifying opportunities
* Consistently working towards and achieving sales targets
What we are looking for:
* Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within media, advertising, or sponsorship
* Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
* Comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
