Rate: Day rate (DOE)
Start: March 2026

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor for a construction project in Cardiff, overseeing air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing and other associated works.

Key Duties:

* Supervise mechanical operatives and subcontractors on site

* Oversee installation of AC, ventilation, and plumbing systems

* Ensure works meet drawings, programme, and quality standards

* Maintain high health & safety standards

* Liaise with site management and other trades

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a Mechanical Supervisor role

* Strong knowledge of AC, ventilation, and plumbing

* SSSTS (essential)

* First Aid at Work (essential)

* Valid CSCS card

* Ability to read mechanical drawings
