Foot Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider has arisen! We are currently recruiting a Foot Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a team of 11 engineers covering 28 buildings (1 site per day).
Working Hours: 08:00-17:00 , Monday to Friday
Responsibilities of the Foot Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
·Planned Preventative Maintenance of all plant associated with HVAC systems
·Replacement of bearings, seals, filters, and associated components
·Knowledge of general building services practices
·Strong Mechanical experience with some Electrical knowledge
·Bulk of the work includes emergency lights, fan coils, AHUs, pressurisation vessels, pumps
·Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld
About You as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
·Qualified In a Mechanical discipline with certificates.
·Plumbing and Mechanical skills
·Experience with PPM’s on commercial systems
·Steady and progressive work history
·Experienced in work on large scale building services applications
