Salary: £45,000 Basic
Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

A leading Building & Facilities Management company is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to work across a varied commercial portfolio with a stable, well-established employer.
Role Responsibilities
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on HVAC and mechanical systems
Fault finding, diagnostics, and reactive repairs
Working across multiple commercial sites
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry standards
Liaising with clients and site teams
Requirements
Experience working on HVAC / mechanical building services
Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
Relevant mechanical or HVAC qualifications (desirable)
Full UK driving licence
