Salary: £65,000 - £80,000

Project Overview
We are recruiting Mechanical Construction Managers for a major new build data centre project in Saunderton. This is a fastpaced scheme with approximately 300 operatives on site, requiring strong coordination, leadership, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Manage mechanical construction activities across the project
Oversee Health & Safety compliance on site
Maintain and drive high-quality standards
Lead look-ahead planning and coordinate daily site activities
Order and manage materials and plant
Manage subcontract packages and ensure performanceRequirements
Proven experience in mechanical construction management
Experience on large-scale M&E or infrastructure projects
Data centre experience preferred
Strong organisational and leadership skills
High attention to detail and quality standards
