Mechanical Construction Manager

Solution Search are working in partnership with a leading Tier 1 M&E contractor delivering landmark commercial projects across London.

They are currently looking for a Mechanical Construction Manager to take ownership of site delivery on a large-scale scheme.

The Role:

* Overseeing mechanical installation on site

* Managing subcontractors and coordinating trades

* Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved

* Ensuring all works are delivered in line with QA and H&S standards

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager on major projects

* Strong understanding of mechanical building services systems

* Ability to manage teams and drive site progress

* Experience working with Tier 1 or leading M&E contractors

Package:

* £80,000 – £95,000 + package

* London-based projects

* Immediate start preferred (UK-based candidates only)
