Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer

BMSL Group are recruiting for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join an established M&E contractor based in the Rhondda.

Key Responsibilities

* Mentor junior engineers and support team development

* Manage multiple design projects and resources

* Collaborate with clients and internal teams

* Ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement

* Produce detailed schematics and technical documentation

Requirements

* Degree in Mechanical Engineering Design or equivalent

* Proficient in AutoCAD or similar

* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Salary: £50k to £70k Dependant on experience
