Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver Maths lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Differentiate learning to support mixed-ability classes
Monitor, assess, and track student progress
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
Work collaboratively with the Maths department and wider staff team
Must-Have Skills
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
Confident classroom and behaviour management
Clear communication and strong organisational skills
A commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
Nice to Have
GCSE and KS4 exam experience
SEND or intervention experience
Experience using data to track and support pupil progress
